First, the installation program

1. During installation, please check if the machine is damaged. Choose a suitable place for installation and future maintenance.

2. The site where the unit is installed must be a floor, a mounting mat or a foundation, its levelness within 6.4 mm, and it can withstand the operating weight of the unit.

3. The unit should be placed in a room with a room temperature of 4.4-43.3°C. There should be sufficient space around and above the unit for daily maintenance work.

4. At the end of the unit, there should be space for cleaning the tube of the condenser tube bundle, or use a door opening or other suitable opening.

5. Select the appropriate pipe diameter, the cooling system and the cold water system when the unit is operating at maximum power, and connect it properly.

6. For common applications, the flow rate through the evaporator and condenser is allowed to be between 1.0-3.6 m/s.

7. The water flow should be stable under any load conditions.

8. The design and installation of all chilled water and cooling water pipelines should be carried out according to conventional methods. The chilled water pump should be located on the water inlet pipe of the unit to ensure positive pressure and flow in the unit. Pipes should be equipped with vibration-reducing pipes to ensure proper elasticity and to prevent the evaporator water from being drained when the pump is stopped.

9. The pipeline should have firm support independent of the chiller to avoid stress on the components of the chiller. The hanger must be set so that the pipe is centered.

10. To reduce noise and vibration, it is best to install vibration isolator on the pipeline.

11. In order to use chillers economically and efficiently, it is recommended that water treatment experts analyze the water supply quality of evaporators and condensers. Poor water quality can cause fouling, affect heat transfer, or cause corrosion deposits, organic growth, and affect the unit's performance. Increase operating and maintenance costs.

12. In general, proper water treatment and regular cleaning of the tube bundles can maintain their good performance. If the existing water quality conditions cannot be improved by proper methods, then it is necessary to consider allowing the tube bundle to have a large fouling coefficient or designation. Special structural materials.

13. Please install a filter at the inlet of the water pipe and clean it regularly.

14. After the leak test is completed, all nozzles must be rust-proof.

15. To facilitate routine maintenance work, the user may use some (or all) of the following measures: a) Pressure gauges and stop valves with cocks may be installed on the inlet and outlet pipes for cooling water and chilled water as close as possible to the chiller unit; b) Hanging rails and beams can be erected above the equipment to facilitate maintenance. 

Operation sequence:

1. First turn on the main power switch to the ON position;

2. Turn on the cooling tower and the cooling pump switch. At this time, note that the cooling water inlet and outlet valves must be opened (Note: Air cooling does not need to be equipped with a cooling tower)

3. Turn on the freezer operation switch. At this time, the chilled water pump starts to operate. Please note that the chilled water inlet and outlet valves must be opened, and the compressor will automatically run after the delay switch delay. Please check and adjust the required temperature.

4. When shutting down, please switch off in the reverse order
