The machine integrates three functions of dehumidification, drying and two-stage feeding. It is especially suitable for engineering plastic materials with strong hygroscopicity, such as: PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc., and the rotor dehumidifier can provide below -50°C. Ultra low dew point.

The GCD conveyor integrated desiccant dryer is equipped with a rotary dehumidifier to obtain a low dew point dry air with good stability.

Set dehumidification, drying, two-stage feeding function in one, and can choose three sections feeding function.

The stainless steel double-layer heat-insulating drying drum adopts a lower blowpipe design and a cyclone exhaust device to prevent the heat energy from being lost, ensuring the temperature and improving the drying efficiency.

The closed circuit feeding system can avoid the drying of raw materials and the regain of moisture due to contact with the outside air.

Discontinuous air conveying cleaning can not only supply proper amount to the molding machine, but also leave no residue in the delivery matching pipe.

The use of valveless air cut-off methods eliminates the unpleasant phenomena such as the use of valves and other control methods that can easily cause mixing of cards and foreign materials (patents pending).

The machine occupies a small area, easy to move, can be used to replace the machine.

How to choose the dehumidifier model? 

  Step 1: Determine the injection volume per hour and material name of the molding machine;

  Step 2: Injection volume 1x1.2 = dry volume;

  Step 3: Select the drying capacity corresponding to the raw material name;

  Step 4: The dehumidifier type corresponding to the drying capacity is the correct model.

  Step 1: It has been determined that the molding machine injection volume per hour 50KG and raw material name ABS;

  Step 2: Injection volume 50KGx1.2 = drying capacity 60KG;

  Step 3: The corresponding drying capacity of ABS raw materials 73KG (usually slightly larger than the theoretical value);

  Step 4: The dehumidifier model GD150 corresponding to 73KG is the correct model.
